What happens after the letter is sent?
After it is sent, the landlord reviews the candidates: if they accept one of them or delay without serious grounds, you are released from the lease on the proposed date.
The deadlines, the number of candidates to propose and the admissible grounds for refusal are detailed in the guide to early lease termination in Geneva.
